• All prices are charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST
• Currently we distribute to New Zealand only.
• Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been received.

Payment Options

We only accept Credit and Debit card forms of payments, as well as bank transfer payments.

Returns and Damage

Adamastar has a policy of buying back a pre-sold Lab Grown Diamond, however there are conditions attached to this policy. They are:
1. The Diamond must have its original certificate, that would have been sold with the Diamond (Either loose or mounted).
2. There must be no damage to the stone, either chips or scratches, i.e., it must be in original condition.
3. The price Adamastar offers for the diamond at will be a figure less than the current price Adamastar could replace it for.
4. Refunds or replacements will be made for a product incorrectly sent or a faulty product being received.
5. Please ensure you contact Adamastar Ltd regarding your concern, and we will help you through the process of returning or replacing your product.
6. Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are your responsibility.

Your Obligations

1. By using adamastar.co.nz for any purpose you agree to these current terms and conditions listed on adamastar.co.nz whether or not you have actually read them. In accessing or using or browsing this website and/or purchasing goods and/or services from this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Such terms and conditions are subject to change by adamastar.co.nz at its discretion at any time. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, then you must refrain from using this website.
2. Amendments of this website will be effective immediately and Adamastar Limited has no obligation to notify you of such amendments. We recommend that you check this page for amendments each time you revisit this website.

4. Buyers agree to purchase the quantities stated in their order for the terms and the amount specified in the listing or quote.

3. The law governing these terms and conditions and the use of the adamastar.co.nz service, is the law of New Zealand. You are protected as per your rights under New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair-Trading Act.
4. adamastar.co.nz shall not be liable to any person for any matter arising from this web-based service except for direct fraud or direct reckless conduct on the part of adamastar.co.nz
5. adamastar.co.nz is providing a platform to sell jewellery and loose laboratory grown diamonds. adamastar.co.nz will do our utmost to ensure that products listed are correct to the best of our ability, as follows:

  1. Diamond qualities are as described on adamastar.co.nz including independent diamond reports from all laboratories.
  2. Diamonds displayed on adamastar.co.nz are with our supplier and are therefore subject to availability. If the diamond has been sold in the interim, then adamastar.co.nz will source a replacement as close as possible to the original and at a similar price, providing you agree to the
    change for which you will be notified if such an event occurs. Adamastar will do its utmost to make sure diamonds displayed are currently
    available.
