I live in Dunedin and I had to find for a trustworthy jeweller to make a replacement ring for me in Auckland. I first encountered Adamastar after looking at another company which made rings with laboratory diamonds. The communication I had with the other company was by email and I got a better quote with Adamastar which made up my mind. When I messaged Adamastar on Facebook it wasn't long before I got a jeweller's phone number. It was Ron Parks of Adamastar who answered the phone and I explained the quote I'd found elsewhere was $200 overpriced for my insurance payment. Mr Parks came up with a price that we were happy with, so we went from there. Firstly I had to send the independent jewellery valuation. Then Ron was able to design the ring just like the engagement ring I had lost. I'm thankful for the effort Ron put in to making sure what he was designing was identical to the one I had lost and he kept me in the loop about the process and the progress each step of the way. It took only 5 weeks from the start to the finish to receive my beautiful diamond ring which fitted perfectly and had a brightness of the highest quality. The diamonds were slightly larger and were actually made in the USA. The cost was affordable and competitive and using laboratory diamonds is more ethical than those which are mined from the earth which is why we chose not to use those diamonds. Ron Parks emailed me the day before the ring arrived letting me know my ring should arrive the following day. He was right. We paid for the ring online and Ron replied promptly to confirm the payment was made. My husband and I were very pleased with Adamastars professional service and give value for money. We highly recommend them to anyone.

Adamaster were absolutely fantastic to deal with! I dealt with Ron and he looked after me so well with his efficient communication and suggestions. The entire process of getting the ring made was smooth and reliable and completed within the time frame that was provided during the very first consultation. What I appreciated the most was that Ron was open to my ideas and what pictures I provided him and then was able to offer some really helpful advice based off what I thought my fiance might like. Most importantly, my fiance absolutely loved the ring. The whole thing couldn't have gone better. I would highly recommend Adamaster to any of my friends or anyone else for that matter, who is considering popping the big question.
