Payment Options
We only accept Credit and Debit card forms of payments, as well as bank transfer payments.
Returns and Damage
- Adamastar has a policy of buying back a pre-sold Lab Grown Diamond, however there are conditions attached to this policy. They are:
– The Diamond must have its original certificate, that would have been sold with the Diamond (Either loose or mounted).
– There must be no damage to the stone, either chips or scratches, i.e. it must be in original condition.
– The price Adamastar offers for the diamond at will be a figure less than the current price Adamastar could replace it for. - Refunds or replacements will be made for a product incorrectly sent or a faulty product being received. Please ensure you contact Adamastar Ltd regarding your concern and we will help you through the process of returning or replacing your product. Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are your responsibility.

- Diamond qualities are as described on adamastar.co.nz including independent diamond reports from all laboratories.
- Diamonds displayed on adamastar.co.nz are with our supplier and are therefore subject to availability. If the diamond has been sold in the interim, then adamastar.co.nz will source a replacement as close as possible to the original and at a similar price, providing you agree to the change for which you will be notified if such an event occurs. Adamastar will do its utmost to make sure diamonds displayed are currently available.
